I find the labeling "WCAG 2 rules" vs "Proposed rules" quite unclear. Aren't they all WCAG 2 Rules? How about "Approved rules" and "Proposed rules", with a link to the definition of these? There is a WAI website pattern for "more information" icons and info boxes that appear to explain something that might be useful here.
The terms "Consistent" and "Partial" are unclear too. They are explained on the front page but I think most people will miss it there. Again, I think simply a link to these descriptions would be helpful. Possibly using the same "show info" patterns used elsewhere on the WAI website.
Ordering of "Implemented Rules" is confusing. Ideally, you will have sort buttons for the table but I suggest you also consider the default sorting there. Maybe even separate the table? The current "Manual" and "Semi" reports are brief enough but the "Auto" one already shows how big this table can get and difficult to grasp.
I also don't understand why the "Auto" report sometimes has results for multiple test cases. The description under the heading does not really help me to understand this. Again, this may be existing ACT background but for me it is difficult to understand this.
On your question below, yes, the results for "Example 11" are clear. The additional note explains this quite clearly.
On the other hand, a few test case names in the "Manual" report are gibberish -- I assume that's simply a bug? Otherwise, that might need some explaining too.
I'm wondering if it is better to separate out the ARIA results into an own set of pages? Seems confusing to list these under "WCAG 2 Rules" umbrella. I'm not completely set on this, just raising this for consideration if you haven't already.

I don't understand the "Expected" and "Reported" table in the "Auto" report. I feel this needs more explanation (similar to point Need Contribute.md #1 and improve repository look & feel #2).
