I trying to post this query request:

Getting a lot errors with message "Call to a member function getType() on array" and warnings.
What am I doing wrong?

I'm not sure we have enough of your code here to identify the problem, but I have a few questions:

1. Does your UnionType class extend GraphQL\Type\Definition\UnionType?
2. Do FieldGraphqlType::getGraphqlType() and GroupGraphqlType::getGraphqlType() both return a Type (and not, say, an array)?

1. Yes, custom UnionType extends GraphQL\Type\Definition\UnionType.
2. getGraphqlType method is:

    public static function getGraphqlType(): static
    {
        return new static;
    }

Inside trait.

In this case static will be FieldGraphqlType and GroupGraphqlType, also they extends GraphQL\Type\Definition\ObjectType.
So, answer is yes, they are both ObjectType like function delcared function($value): ObjectType.

This both Types works fine as basic query without uniontype query { objects { ... fields { ... } } }.

I removed my custom union type.
Then I tried to run $schema->assertValid();. Method ends with error:

Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to a member function getType() on array.

thrown in .../vendor/webonyx/graphql-php/src/Utils/TypeInfo.php on line 150.

Also, all queries and mutations works great.
PHP version is 8.2.3. Maybe this is a bug and my previously created problem was actual?

I don't know, but if it were me my next step would be to enable XDebug, put a breakpoint on TypeInfo:150, and see if it's possible to work out what's going on.
