Payouts need to reflect date range

Currently, payouts are for the entire amount to be paid out.

They should reflect the selected date range. For example, I'd like to pay people for their November sales on December 30th. Selecting the November date range shows the expected months and totals, but the payout amount (and payout total) reflects the total amount (including December sales) - not the date-restricted amount.
