Display how much coverage each test contributes

Hi,

First of all, thank you for your great work. I use tarpaulin every day.

Do you think it would be possible and useful to calculate the contribution of each test to the final coverage? As in:

given a unit test, how many lines/branches/whatever does it cover of all the possible ones?

Such, it would be possible to find tests which cover a huge surface. Or tests which cover unexpectedly much/little of the code.

Also, a hit count and the tracking of coverage to respective unit test would be interesting.

Anyway, just ideas. I saw there is a lot on the menu for tarpaulin already.
