My command is "mecat2cns -i 0 -t 16 reads.fastq.pm.can reads.fastq correct_reads". I got this error: [dw, 433] assertion 'ch >= 0 && ch <= 4' failed, Aborted (core dumped).

I cannot solve this error, I just ignore it.
Moreover, I use another assembler for my work now.

Hi @Tdanis ,

I both used Mecat and wtdbg2 as assemblers in my project. This error was raised only for very few cases, so I ignored these unusual and discard them. If possible, pls try more assembly tools to finish your work.
