Is there availability to restart jobs from last successfully completed steps during mecat2canu? Like others reported previously, running into memory and timeouts that stop jobs before they're finished and would like to make sure of already spent wallclock time rather than continuing to run into issues and needing to start at the beginning. Thanks!
