running Icecast 2.4.99.3
this also happened on normal 2.4.4 icecast

Is there a ticket for this in the official ticket system?

Also: What type of streams, how many listeners, which operating system, how did you install Icecast?

phschafft they are mpeg streams with around 0-10 listeners, I am using Ubuntu 22.04 LTS, and I installed Icecast by doing wget, configure, make, make install. I also installed SSL support for it aswell.
