LuaJIT Not actually supported

Adding a luaJIT version, doesn't actually work at the moment, this line is referring to an undefined variable.

Once that is fixed, there aren't any files matching ./patch/lua/lua//luajit-[version] to copy into the source directory. If we omit this step for luaJIT versions, there isn't a CMakelists.txt file available for calling cmake
