1- npm install
2- run the authService
3- Run MongoDB using "mongod" command
4- node app.js (it works on port 3001)
This rating service api has two endpoints:
1- /rate/:token that takes the postId and the rating and do the thing.
2- /rate/:postId/:token that returns the rating of a specific post.
