If you have a global /etc/resolved.conf specifying DNSOverTLS=yes, but then use a non-TLS DNS server on your zerotier network, it currently doesn't work because it inherits the setting. Unless -dns-over-tls=true is passed this should be explicitly set in the generated config to avoid interference from the global state.
