Implement Diagnostic for std::io::Error?

Is there a reason why miette doesn't implement Diagnostic for std::io::Error? When I chain functions the originally short ? operator blows up quite a bit:

zstd::stream::read::Decoder::new(File::open(input).into_diagnostic()?)
                    .into_diagnostic()?;

And anyhow and eyre implement something like that.
