Opening library with large number of collections blocks the UI

If a group library with a large number of collection is opened from the collections tree and then user navigates away to another library, web library will fetch all collections in the first library before fetching collections in the library that user actually wants.

Instead first operation should be interrupted so that web library feels more responsive.
