Install wizard ability to run "zwe support" command

Keep in mind

Any background trick could be used in zwe support as well.

For example, there is an issue for getting external security manager, which was added to zowe-common-c and it is part of release in zowe/bin/utils. And the calling of this small code was added to zwe support.

Any similar useful check is a good candidate to be added to zwe support as well.
