Support encrypted SSH private keys

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

The Zowe CLI supports encrypted SSH private keys and allows users to enter the password up to 3 times 😋

It'd be nice for Zowe Explorer to have the same UX. 😋

ZE could prompt for the key passphrase in order to decrypt the private key within the SSH client 😋
