Description

Checks puzzle elements that were altered on that tree transition not the whole board.

I think this is just printing out debug information? If it isn't a necessary feature for LEGUP, it should be removed.

Contradictions no longer work correctly. It is no longer possible to apply a contradiction regardless of whether the contradiction is correct or not.

Ex: Open a nurikabe file (I used "puzzle files/nurikabe/10x10 Nurikabe Normal/8920015") use the case rule on a tile next to a 1. Switch to the branch that added a white tile and attempt to use the "Too Many Spaces" contradiction rule. It should work, but instead there is an exception and nothing happens.
