go.mod: sort indirect packages, go and replace directive #670

Move indirect packages to the second `require` section. Also, move to the `go` and `replace` section for can easily find them by putting it at the beginning of the `go.mod`. Signed-off-by: Koichi Shiraishi <[email protected]>
