Release 4.0.

Past due by 3 months 70% complete

As far as I am concerned, version 1.0 was based on a fundamentally wrong software design. With 2.0, we started a new project. With 3.0, we completely rebased the UI to use Materaialize. In the last few months, after we got a better understanding of Laravel, we tried to simplify, unify and refactor the backend part, as well as made the missing documentation.

In the last few months, after we got a better understanding of Laravel, we tried to simplify, unify and refactor the backend part, as well as made the missing documentation.
Once this will be done completely, I think we should release a new core version indicating a more reliable and sustainable code base.
For this, we need to make sure that every current feature is well documented, working as expected, has a good UI/UX, and follows Laravel's design features and design principles. Of course, we also need to eliminate all the current bugs.
