HERs: Assessing local and spatial uncertainty with nonparametric geostatistics

The nonparametric geostatistical framework of histogram via entropy reduction (HER, Thiesen et al. 2020) is adapted to address local and spatial uncertainty in the context of risk of soil contamination.
