How to install the game?

Download the game from Github Releases or itch

Windows :

• Download Evie_win.zip
• Unpack
• Run Evie.exe

Linux :

• Download Evie_linux.zip
• Unpack
• Run Evie.x86_64
• (On Steam Deck you can also add it to steam)

MacOS :

• Download Evie_osx.zip (v. 0.2 and up)
• Unpack
• Run Evie.app for the first time. You'll get a dialog about it can't be opened.
• Open System Preferences -> Security & Privacy -> General -> open Anyway or right-click the file and select "Open" from the menu
• Evie should now run normally

RetroPie :

• Install RetroPie Godot Engine Emulator
• Download Evie_linux.zip
• Unpack
• Copy Evie.pck into roms/godot-engine folder on Raspberry Pi's SD Card
• Run Evie from Godot menu in EmulationStation
