Kobil Kaan Professional and Telesec B1

The kaan driver might support Kobil Kaan Professional and Telesec B1 drivers.

FIXME: “Telesec B1”? “Siemens B1”? please clarify, I’m confused.

Kobil Kaan Professional works with

reader kaan {
        driver = kaan;
        device = serial:/dev/ttyUSB0;
};

in /etc/openct.conf

Telesec B1 works with

reader sni_b1 {
       driver = b1;
       device = /dev/tts/1;
};

but only memory cards are tested to work at this point (OpenCT 0.6.0).

OpenSC 0.6.7 will have an improved b1 driver thanks to Lorenz Knauer.
But there is one remaining issue:

I can only get cards to work with FI=DI=1 (etu=372). The B1 reader does not
change the ICC communication etu after receiving the ATR.
So I could not get my OpenPGP card to work. 
I get the ATR, but no access to any of the commands.
The problem is that changing the protocol with 80 60 01 00 03 22 01 02 (T=1)

works,

but changing FI and DI with “80 60 01 00 06 23 01 01 24 01 03” does not

work. Instead it gives SW12 = 6A 80.

Alternative

Kobil Kann readers with a usb interface should work with the generic USB CCID driver.
