PertoSmart EMV, ACS ACR38U and others

The pertosmart1038 supports these readers:

Perto Smart EMV smart card readers based on ACS AC-1038 chipset.
ACS ACR38 smart card readers (including variants, but not ACS38-CCID)
ACS ACR100 SIMFlash (with USB ID 072f/9007)
ACS CryptoMate
other readers based on the same chipset

For the ACR100/CryptoMate and possible other products with this chipset, adding the USB IDS to /etc/openct.conf may be required.

Test results

Tested with ACR38, ACR38T, ACR100 and Cryptomate on openct-0.6.14 from Fedora 8 (x86_64)
