Deprecating the node.js scanner

Unfortunately we don't have neither the resources nor the data to keep the node scanner up to date, and with npm audit in place as a better and more updated alternative, it seems more responsible to deprecate the node scanner.

The javascript scanner will still be kept up to date. So you will still be able to detect frontend libraries.
