Thanks for the PR. Not sure if we want the additional UI complexity associated with promoting (as you saw, we implemented the protocol to promote but never added the UI). I'll leave this open in case we decide in favor of it later! |

@finnbear What about adding a drop-down menu with additional action for managing teammate ? either by right-click name or a button ? |

A new button to promote your teammate and swap the team leader role to another. Use the military decoration emoji. I added it too near the team leader alias.
