My name is Jared Shumway and I'm a lab admin!
- First year Computer Science major

- I have opinions
- I use Dvorak
- Debian is a better distro than Ubuntu
- Arch is not a real distribution
- Python is better than Perl
- Emacs is pretty cool, but I use Vim anyway
- And by vim, I mean Sublime Text 2 with Vim keybinds
- Dell laptops suck
- Cats and dogs are cool
- Dvorak (the one I use) is the best keyboard layout
- PostgreSQL over MySQL
- Java sucks (really badly, seriously, could you create a less elegant language?)
- C is better than C++, unless you are using a specifically good subset of C++
- I don't know Php but it sucks because of this article (seriously, it is like, the least consistent language create-able)
- MxCherry Blue switches are the best mechanical switches (browns are awesome too)
- PC Gaming master race
