Following #902 (specifically #902 (comment)) I thought I'd try to PR the spec to reference
MutationPositionoverPart.I'm aware this is pre-emptive as this hasn't reached consensus, but I thought presenting folks with the mechanics of this might shed some light. There's a few places (aside from the constructors) where this gets exposed to the user, e.g. through
NodeWithMutationPositions.mutationPositionsGroup.
