This Dash app helps you compare data samples from the Eterna dataset which was used in the OpenVaccine: COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine Degradation Prediction, a Kaggle competition organized by Stanford University and Eterna Games. It visualises RNA molecules using dash_bio.FornaContainer .
In order to run the app, in the terminal type:
python app.py
and the app will start running on localhost.
