Personally I much prefer Click, and I'd now like to deviate from the forked project and be more opinionated. This will reduce the complexity of the template
This just runs the cookiecutter package testing. We leave updating the _generated_ packages to a future commit
We needed a version that imports collections correctly
Here we also drop the "rmtree" call because it appears that pytest-cookies does this for us these days
