v2.1-beta has been tested with new api.dmca.com endpoints as documented

All functions of the api described in the wiki have been tested at the endpoints provided.
All api functions have been running since 2015 and are being ported over to the new api.dmca.com endpoint
More testing from external users will be done before marking as stable
