finish testreport_ecco.jl + improve docs and repo + baseline5 results

• rename input_itXX, results_itXX as input_other, test
• finish test/testreport_ecco.jl implementation + fixes
• docs : improve and separate out analyses.rst
• code, input : remove legacy headers (dating back to CVS era)
• test : convert test report results from mat to csv for baseline2
• test : add test report results for baseline5 (rerun of v4r5 candidate 2 by GF w MITgcm 68g)
