Created a section Record Microphone

I created a section describing how to record microphone to a wav file using sounddevice and scipy.

This looks interesting, but there is just no more space left because I limited the whole thing to 50 pages. There are at most three lines of space left on some pages.

I may make something like a second volume someday, where this could come in handy.
