Recurring Weekly Meetings

• Dev Team Meeting (Monday at 8pm PT / 11pm ET)
• UX Design Team meeting (Wednesday at 5pm PT / 8pm ET)
• Content Meeting (Thursday 4pm PT / 7pm ET)
• Research Meeting (Friday at 11am PT / 2pm ET)
• PM and Leads Meeting (Monday at 4pm PT / 7pm ET)
• PM Meeting with Bonnie/HFLA Org (~1st Friday every month at 1pm PT / 4pm ET)

Note: Meeting times/schedules will eventually be managed in the VRMS.

Monthly Meetings / Notes

• All-Team Meeting (first Friday every month at 10:30am PT / 1:30pm ET) - Entire team / all disciplines meet together. Team monthly goals are shared, new team members are introduced, recognition of team changes and transitions, open forum for Q&A.
• Planning Week - During the week of Team Planning, all recurring discipline syncs are cancelled. Leads/PMs will meet ad hoc as needed.

Holidays

Our team observes the major federal holidays (meetings are cancelled and discipline teams take the day off)

• Special note for Month of December - During December, typically the Hack for LA org takes a break for the month. Many project teams also observe this in whole or part, working at a reduced capacity.
