Add new configuration options to allow use of raw twitch clips #5416

  • Toggle to disable using the default embedded player
  • Option to alternate between the highest/lowest quality
  • Toggle/configuration for a proxied raw twitch clip domain
  • Added English translations for added options

Tested in browser: Chrome, Firefox

By default, this feature is disabled, and the regular twitch embedded player is used:

- Will now use cropped twitch clips rather than full length
