…ately, InvokeAI has a long list of required dependencies with some strict versioning. Some other dep versions had to be adjusted for compatibility.

Adds a script for merging LoRA models into a base SD1 or SDXL model.
This PR currently uses invokeai to handle the LoRA loading / pathing. This is a bit of a hack, since these utilities aren't really intended to be part of invokeai's public API (also invokeai is a very heavy-weight dependency).
