• Moved About Link to user menu

• List possible user matches on no exact match when searching
• Show possible user match if only one could match

• Incorrectly showing user as locked out when they aren't
• Fix for possible output buffer leak in view files
• Fix for possible NPE

Known Issues

• Email system not yet functional. Tests may work.
• Create Group still not working.
