Setup

• Need to install Heroku CLI

• need a new account with commit access (jupyterlab-bot)

• need a github personal access token with repo access from the bot

• the access token needs to be added in config vars (https://dashboard.heroku.com/apps/jupyterlab-bot/settings) -> Reveal config vars

• need to add a web hook to the target repo: -- https://jupyterlab-bot.herokuapp.com/hooks/github -- application/json -- Pull Requests + Pushes

• debug the web app using heroku logs (https://dashboard.heroku.com/apps/jupyterlab-bot/logs)
