As requested in issue #48754 removed an invalid published date in front matter of content/en/blog/_posts/2018-01-00-Reporting-Errors-Using-Kubernetes-Events.md.

The blog already uses date for the published date, looks like it’s safe to clean up the published field from the front matter that is causing the error.
