This PR adds a few UX improvements to settings:

  1. Add helper text for iCal-feed to help new users understand how they can use the URL
  2. Add headers for all setting categories. This makes the settings UX align with agenda and friends, as they now all have headers of the same size and style.
  3. Explicitly state that "Påminnelse om time" is a Slack thing and that push notifications are both regarding bookings and friend requests
