A project for a big building and home improvement equipment retail company in the United States that has about 2150 offline stores and a big part of online sales. My role is a backend developer. I'm responsible for supporting existing services and designing/developing new ones according to business requirements. In the scope of this project, I was responsible for a microservice design from scratch and supporting it in production. Technology stack: Java8 / Java 11, Python, Cassandra, Google Cloud Platform (DataFlow jobs, BigQuery, Monitoring Dashboards, StackDriver, Pub/Sub, etc.), Maven / Gradle, Junit / TestNG, Cucumber, Docker, NeoLoad, Concourse CI Long-term onsite business trip for a project for a big clothes retail company in the United States that has about 3150 offline stores and a big part of online orders. I was a part of a team responsible for Apigee API management system. The team was combined with 50% developers and 50% DevOps engineers. We migrated Apigee to Azure and supported it. In the project's scope, we developed different tools for internal usage like a tool for checking open network ports in a cloud for future requests to open. We also wrote load tests on Gatling and supported some internal monitoring tools.
Technology stack: Java, Python, Groovy, Scala, Azure, Gradle, Bash Scripts. I was working as a backend developer in Python stack for an NLU project. It was a classical client-server application with SQL DB. Key development framework was Django. Developed an application for online banking. Took part in the development user interface and back end. Implemented a considerable part of core business and technical features. Technology stack: Java, Google Web Toolkit (GWT), Gin, GWT-Platform, Guice, Sencha GXT, Spring Framework.
