Update FLTK to the latest 1.4 version.
Mingw32 is disabled.

The Octave devs would like if MSYS2 could keep the MINGW32 version around until Octave 10 will be released (which will probably happen early 2025).

Could you please keep the MINGW32 package of FLTK until then?

The package grokker detected API changes that require a rebuild of the following packages:

mingw-w64-mathgl
mingw-w64-tigervnc
mingw-w64-gmsh

I wonder why Octave isn't in that list.
Does the package grokker include optdepends?
