Configuring theme

To have a uniform look for gtk, qt4 and qt5, the theme needs to be configured in

• lxappearance
• qt5ct
• qt6ct & qt6gtk2

Add export QT_QPA_PLATFORMTHEME=qt5ct and export QT_AUTO_SCREEN_SCALE_FACTOR=0 to .xinitrc.

Set some default applications
