Description
[config/confighttp] Changes to move away from manually creating configtls.ClientConfig, configtls.Config and configtls.ServerConfig in favor of using configtls.NewDefaultClientConfig, configtls.NewDefaultClientConfig(), configtls.NewDefaultConfig() and configtls.NewDefaultServerConfig() respectively.
