Since you want your users to subscribe now and are a for-profit company, the "non-commercial" part clearly isn't true anymore. All mentions of "open-source" don't fit either, since you obviously started to ship changes to the App Store, that aren't in raivo-otp/ios-application, like for example the paywall you added recently.
