I'm planning on serving the project using gh-pages, which cannot unfortunately serve PHP, can you please change from PHP to HTML5 and JS based forms so that it can be served as a static gh-page?

I can change HTML form to PHP but for saving data on json we need PHP

True!! Need to find some alternative solution then. Maybe a Bluemix or openshift deployment might work. Need to check where to upload the form then. Any suggestions?

Open account in Amazon http://aws.amazon.com
Create one EC 2 instance - Open 80 port (localhost)
install apache - php
done

Lets do for year then we will do something. Lets start because migrating will not create problem because we are not using database.
