- Factored out completion group code to its own class.
- Fixed downstream issues where completion() could not be called and/or group not left.
- Updated flush(completion) caller.
- Fixed linux tests.
- Updated flush(completion) tests.
- Added workaround for painfully slow iOS test runner.
