Assembly Making Basic

Backend of basic services for supporting the creation of assemblies, with their internal working groups and campaigns. The release also includes:

• Basic user management, with a very basic user/password authentication system
• Basic user contributions management, supporting CRUD by users of issues, questions, ideas and comments into the assembly
• Basic membership management, including system wide, assembly and group roles, plus invitation emails and invitation acceptance URLs
