I'm open source software enthusiast. I actively use open source products and fix bugs if I have time for it. Sometimes, one needs new features in OSS, I usually find a right solution for. I'm interested in the embedded devices with openwrt. I promote Freifunk as WiFi for guests. If it's possible, I try to buy devices that support OSS or sponsor some work in the linux kernel. Sometimes, there is no alternatives, e.g. e-bikes. Of course, you can do your own ( DIY ) e-bike but it would be against the German law.
I've been involved in checkmk, rspamd, phpmyadmin, horde, webmin, ffritz, fusiondirectory, fai-project, x2go, fbpanel, nixos, debian, archlinux, gentoo, alpinelinux, postmarketos, ubuntu, live-build, launchpad. Sometimes I have translated OSS to different languages. I think, public money should flow to public code. Your sponsoring will be motivating me to make OSS better.
