React/Redux front end for soccersim

Install

1. Clone and start soccersim repo
2. clone project
3. run yarn install in the project root
4. run yarn start to start server and open UI in browser

1. Add testing for redux/backend rework
2. Sort team table by points
3. Add Champions League/Europa League/Relegation coloring
4. Better test coverage
5. Add ability to advance to next season at week 38

Long Term

1. Add ability to tweak team ratings
2. Select a team to see their stats in modal, including last 5 games (WWLDW), previous score, and next match
3. Support relation/promotion
4. Support non-PL leagues
