The script for 18 gives a 1 minute timeout now and urges to upgrade. This commit fixes it.

The script for Node 18 now gives a 1 minute timeout nag and urges to upgrade. This commit upgrades Node to 20.
The Node 20 installation code is taken directly from https://deb.nodesource.com.
