v0.1 Statping Adapter

Initial release including following features:

• dynamically generated scripts
• adapter for Statping-NG to monitor private infrastructure
• adapter for Statping-NG API for status widget implementations
• WebUI with accurate installation instructions for each OS

Minor fixes: PowerShell Script fixed to run on Windows 11, Windows Server 2019 + 2022
