Changed description of list of projects, removed redundant "hackweek" text, changed example project in the table, and added the project spreadsheet url link.

Not sure why the CI is failing - I seem to recall this error appeared in the SnowEx book at some point. @scottyhq @jomey was there a good fix for this one?

It's strange that index.md:5 suggests to me that the problem is on line 5, but i've never quite understood the jupyterbook warning and error line numbers... In any case I made a suggestion above - the error is coming from an empty link to an example project |
